Are your crystals natural?
Yes, all crystals and gemstones sold in our shop are natural raw stones. Each bead is carefully selected and may contain natural stone patterns, cracks, inclusions, or tiny pits—these are unique marks of natural minerals and proof of their energy. We guarantee they are not artificially synthesized or dyed, so you can buy with confidence.
Is zircon a synthetic diamond? What are the differences between them?
Our jewelry uses cubic zirconia, a high-quality synthetic gemstone. While not a natural diamond, it boasts exceptional dispersion (fire), making it incredibly sparkly and highly transparent. Compared to diamonds, zirconia offers excellent value for money and is equally durable (high hardness), making it ideal for everyday wear as accessible luxury jewelry.
Can I wear it while showering or sleeping?
Although our titanium steel material is water-resistant, to maintain the crystal's appearance and prolong the jewelry's lifespan, we recommend avoiding wearing it while showering, soaking in hot springs, or sleeping.
Hot water and shampoo/shower gel may leave dirt on the gemstone's surface, affecting its luster.
Sleeping with pressure on the crystal can easily cause it to chip or the elastic cord to break.
How can I keep my crystal bracelet shiny?
While crystal and titanium steel are highly durable, they are susceptible to damage from chemical reagents. Please note:
Avoid contact with: perfumes, cosmetics, dish soaps, bleach, etc.
Maintenance: After wearing, wipe the surface with a soft cotton cloth (such as an eyeglass cleaning cloth) to remove sweat and dust. Store in a jewelry box or sealed bag to prevent dust accumulation.

How can I accurately measure my hand circumference?
Please prepare a soft measuring tape or a thin string:
Close-fitting measurement: Wrap the tape measure/string tightly around the narrowest part of your wrist bone, and note the length (leave no gaps).
Comfortable fit: If you prefer a snug fit (it should sit perfectly on your wrist), add 0.5-1cm to this length.
Loose fit: If you prefer a looser fit (the bracelet should slide up and down your wrist), add 1.5-2cm to this length.
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can tell customer service your height and weight, and we can recommend a size based on our experience.
Will the gold color on titanium steel fade?
Rest assured, the color will not fade at all. We use titanium steel itself, colored through an advanced IPRG (ion plating/vacuum electroplating) process. The color penetrates into the surface of the material, rather than being a coating on an ordinary alloy. As long as the surface is not violently scratched, the gold color can remain unchanged for many years.
I've been wearing it for a while now, and the elastic cord has become loose/dirty. Can I get it repaired for a fee?
Of course. We offer lifetime paid maintenance and repair services.
Can I wear crystals during my period/when I'm pregnant/when I'm sick?
Absolutely. Crystals are minerals, and wearing them will not cause any physical harm to the body. On the contrary, many people believe that the tranquility, courage, and positive psychological suggestion that crystals bring are even more needed during special times. The titanium steel material will not cause allergies. The only thing to note is that, according to folk tradition, it is recommended to remove crystals other than obsidian if you are visiting a hospital or attending a funeral (or purify them with moonlight/running water after returning home).
What is your return policy? How many days after the return period do you support returns without giving a reason?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return the item (excluding customized and discounted items) after receiving it.
How do I apply for a return?

Can I just send the item back to you?
Please do not return the item without contacting us to request return approval. Returns without prior request will not be processed. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and inform you of the specific return address and method.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or the item being defective).
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. We will quickly assess the problem and resolve it appropriately. Since our products are all handmade from natural materials, the following situations may occur that are not considered quality issues:
Slight deviations may exist due to manual measurement.
Natural materials may have natural textures or irregularities.
Due to lighting conditions, there may be slight color differences between the picture and the actual product.
If you do not like the product due to the above-mentioned "non-quality issues," you can still contact us through the standard return process.
When can I expect to receive my refund after returning the item?
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
Upon approval: We will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Arrival time: Please note that the refund arrival time depends on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures and may be delayed.
I want to change to a different style or size, what should I do?
To ensure you receive your desired items as quickly as possible, we recommend that you:
First, return your existing items following the return process.
Once your return request is approved, place a separate order for the new items you wish to purchase.
This will avoid delays caused by repeated returns and restocks at the warehouse.
